In short: we provide professional services, not physical goods, so nothing is shipped. Every service is delivered online or in person, as described below.
1. What we deliver
Splash Publication provides education consulting services: consultations, counselling sessions, assessments, written reports and reviewed documents. No physical products are sold or shipped, and no shipping charges apply.
2. How services are delivered
- Consultations and sessions are held by video call, with a meeting link sent to the email address you give us, or in person at our Mumbai office by appointment.
- Written reports, roadmaps and reviewed documents are delivered by email.
- Services are available to clients anywhere in India and abroad.
3. Timelines
- We confirm every payment by email within 1 working day, with your session details or the next steps.
- Initial consultations are scheduled on the first mutually convenient date, normally within 45 days of payment. Priority consultations are scheduled at the earliest available slot, normally within 3 working days.
- The written preliminary assessment after a consultation is normally delivered within 7 working days of the session.
- Timelines for programmes and individual services are agreed in writing before you pay.
4. Delays
If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will tell you in advance and agree a new date. If no suitable new date can be agreed, our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.
