In short: you can reschedule a consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Fees are otherwise non-refundable, except in the cases listed in section 4, where we refund in full.
1. Consultations: rescheduling
- You may reschedule a paid consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before its start time by writing to splashpublicationmarketing@gmail.com or calling +91 96195 89236.
- The fee stays valid for a new date within 90 days of the original session.
- Requests made less than 24 hours before the session, and sessions missed without notice, are treated as used. In a genuine emergency, please tell us and we will do our best to help.
2. Consultations: cancellation
Consultation fees are non-refundable once paid, because the time is reserved for you and cannot be offered to another family at short notice. Instead of a refund, the fee can be used for a new date within 90 days.
3. Programmes and individual services
Fees for counselling programmes, mentorship programmes and individual services are non-refundable once paid. The scope of each programme is confirmed in writing before payment, so please read it carefully and ask us any questions first. If you enrol in a programme within a year of your consultation, the consultation fee is adjusted against the programme fee.
4. When we refund in full
- You were charged twice for the same service, or charged more than the agreed amount. We refund the duplicate or excess amount.
- We cancel a session and cannot offer you a new date that suits you within 90 days.
- We decline to take up your engagement after you have paid.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or bank account). Depending on your bank, the amount may take a further 5 to 7 working days to reach your account. We will email you the refund reference.
6. How to request a cancellation or refund
Write to splashpublicationmarketing@gmail.com with the student's name, the date of payment and the payment reference. We acknowledge every request within 2 working days.
