This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

- Contact details: names, email addresses, phone numbers and addresses of students and parents.
- Academic and application information: school and university records, grades, test scores, activities, essays, resumes and the other information needed for applications.
- Assessment information: responses to psychometric and career assessments.
- Session notes and recordings: notes from our sessions and, only with your consent, audio or video recordings used to prepare those notes.
- Payment information: the amount, date and reference of each payment. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment gateway's secure pages and are not stored by us.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not collect personal data unless you email or call us.
3. How we use it
- To provide the services you ask for, including preparing assessments, roadmaps and applications.
- To schedule sessions and communicate with you about your file.
- To issue invoices and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve our services. We never sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. When we share it
- With universities, application platforms and testing agencies, when you ask us to submit or send information.
- With our payment gateway (Razorpay) and banks, to process payments.
- With service providers who host email and documents for us, under confidentiality obligations.
- With authorities, when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can answer questions about past applications. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting laws. Session recordings are deleted once the notes they support have been prepared, unless you ask us to keep them.
6. Security
We use access controls, secure passwords and reputable service providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us at once if you believe your information has been misused.
7. Students under 18
When a student is under 18, we work with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.
8. Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it (except where the law requires us to keep it), or to withdraw a consent you have given. Write to us at splashpublicationmarketing@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
